Hi, my name is Stephen Fetters.  I spent over 40 years in banking and mortgage lending. During the last 20 years of my banking career, I was coaching and mentoring Mortgage Loan Officers on how to build a solid stream of loan applications based on personal marketing, networking, and referrals. 

I also spent five years as a Commercial Realtor specializing in helping small and medium sized business owners to find just the right location to buy or lease. 

When I realized that I could use the same marketing principles I taught Loan Officers, coupled with the science and art of Content Marketing,  it inspired me to start this website.

According to a Yankelovich study quoted in the NY Times, the average consumer is bombarded by up to 5000 advertising messages per day.  What happens? They just tune them out.  The implication here is you may be wasting money on traditional advertising.
